We, [ParadiseAI] Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "[ParadiseAI]", "we", or "the Company"), collect information related to individuals ("Personal Data") while providing the [ParadiseAI] communication application ("[ParadiseAI] App") and all related products, applications, services, and websites (collectively, the "Services"). We consider the protection of Personal Data to be one of the most critical management issues for an internet content service enterprise. We will comply with the laws and regulations applicable in the countries and regions where we operate (collectively, "Applicable Laws") and properly protect Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy ("this Policy").
This Policy explains what types of personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and how you can manage your own personal information.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the Services or submitting any personal information to [ParadiseAI]. By using the Services, you agree to the processing practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not access our application or use the Services in any manner.
This Policy applies to all personal information collected in connection with the use of our Services, regardless of the country or region in which the Services are used.
2.1. Applicable Services and Service Providers
This Policy applies to all Personal Data collected in relation to our Services.
We may establish independent privacy policies, terms of use, or additional terms to this Policy (collectively, "Independent Policies") for specific services. Independent Policies will explain the types of personal information collected, and the methods of use and sharing for that specific service. In the event of a conflict between an Independent Policy and this Policy, the Independent Policy shall prevail.
For the purposes of this Policy, [ParadiseAI] is the "Controller" of Personal Data processing.
2.2. Applicable Countries and Regions
We process personal information only to the extent permitted by Applicable Laws and within the scope of the purposes described in this Policy.
We collect the following categories of personal information:
(a) Information you actively provide: e.g., email address provided during account registration and profile information set while using the Services.
(b) Information related to the use of Services: e.g., text, audio, music, images, videos, and other content you post, as well as access logs.
If you fail to provide certain necessary information (such as the email address required for registration), you may be unable to use some or all of the Services.
3.1. Information Required for Communication and Transactions
Based on the nature of the Services, we may request and collect information related to communication and transactions.
For example: (a) To respond to requests or questions submitted to customer service, we may need to collect contact information (including email addresses) and details of the issue to identify and resolve the incident.
3.1.2. Profile and Social Relationship Information
When using the Services, we collect information regarding the profile and friend relationships you establish. Profile Information includes icons, display names, and identification codes ("[ParadiseAI] ID") used to contact other users.
Your [ParadiseAI] ID allows friends to find you more easily through the Services; you may also choose to prohibit other users from contacting you via this ID.
3.2. Personal Information Related to Service Usage
3.2.1. Service Usage Status
We automatically collect information regarding when and how you use the Services, such as feature activation dates and times. With your additional consent, this information may be used for service maintenance, development and improvement, prevention of unauthorized use, and the provision of optimized content, including advertisements.
3.2.2. Location Information
To provide customized content (such as regional weather forecasts, local news, etc.), we may separately request your general location information. You may opt out at any time through the [ParadiseAI] App settings. Even if location authorization is not granted, we may still estimate your approximate location based on network information such as IP addresses.
3.2.3. Request for Microphone and File Access Permissions
To provide features such as voice creation, audio recording, or voice preset uploading, the App needs to request the following permissions:
(a) Microphone Permission: When using voice creation features, the App needs access to your microphone to record audio. If you refuse authorization, recording-related features will be unavailable.
(b) Local File Access Permission: If you need to upload custom or created voice presets, the App needs access to your local file storage. If you refuse authorization, you will be unable to upload or use related features.
3.2.4. App, Browser, Device, and Network Information
We collect information related to your device/browser (ad identifiers, Cookie IDs, device type, operating system, language/timezone settings, browser type, app version, etc.) and network information (carrier name, IP address, etc.).
3.2.5. Camera and Photo Album Permissions
When uploading or editing avatars or background images, access to the device camera or local photo album will be requested:
(a) Camera Permission: Used for taking new photos (e.g., instant avatar capture).
(b) Photo Album Permission: Used for selecting existing images.
(c) Permission Control: You may turn off these permissions at any time through your device settings, though this may affect feature usage.
We may associate ad identifiers with internal identifiers.
3.2.6. Payment-Related Information
When you make a payment, we do not directly store complete payment information (such as bank card numbers). Relevant payment information will be processed by third-party payment service providers.
3.2.7. Personal Data Collected from Business Partners
We may collect your personal data from our business partners. In some cases, we collect data from partners who operate their own services or services associated with ours. For example, if you create an account using an external SNS account, we collect the identifier of that external SNS account.
Additionally, for purposes such as sending official messages from partners, ad delivery, ad effectiveness evaluation, and generating statistical data, we may obtain the following from partners: your identifiers (internal IDs, ad IDs, etc.), one-way encrypted (hashed) email addresses and phone numbers, IP addresses, partial device info (OS, etc.), attribute data, and activity logs (including purchase and browsing history).

We employ industry-standard controls (e.g., encryption, access restrictions) to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, tampering, or destruction.
8.2. Information Storage Location
Information may be stored in regions outside your place of residence; legal protection measures will be ensured during transfer.
